Terms and Conditions:

Wholesale minimum order is $500.00 before tax. We ask for 50% upfront as a non-refundable down payment and the other 50% upon satisfied delivery of the wholesale shipment. Tax is not reflected in the prices you see on this form but will be reflected in your invoice. We are changing website platforms to accept card payments over our website for CBD transactions. Until we have this new payment system set in place, we are only accepting payments via Paypal, Cashapp, or Zelle. The average turn around time for our wholesale orders is 2 weeks, though it may extend this time period if our vendors are out of stock or in the event of natural or unnatural disasters that may prevent us from completing the order. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. If there are any damaged items in your shipment please notify us within the first 48 hours from the time the package was delivered.
