When is the Product Shippped Out?
Our products are shipped same (business) day if ordered before 12 pm ET
Our products are shipped next (business) day if ordered after 12 pm ET
Business Days: Monday - Friday
Any products purchased over the weekend will be shipped out first thing Monday morning

If your order weighs less than 13 oz it is sent USPS First Class™ Priority USPS Shipping with an estimated arrival time of (1-3) business days.
If your order weights 13oz - 3 lb your item will be shipped USPS First Class™ at a flat rate of $7 with an estimated arrival time of (2-3) business days.
If your order weights 3lb + your item will be shipped USPS First Class™ at a flat rate of $13 with an estimated arrival time of (2-3) business days.
$50 Priority Mail Express 1-Day™ coming soon
Any order more than $150 qualifys for free priority shipping
Local Hand Delivery - Spring Hill, FL only - $5 handling fee

Making Changes to an Order
If you places an order and realized the shipping address is wrong or maybe you added the wrong item in your shopping cart, it is up to you to contact us immediately. If you contact us with in a 1 hour time frame of placing the order we can accomidate changes. If we send an order out, even within the one hour of you placing your order, there is nothing we can do. Wrong addresses will have to be addressed VIA USPS
Wrong items will have to go through proper the proper refund process
We do not offer International shipping. We also do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands at this time, our apologies!
As restrictions change, we are hoping to be able to offer expanded shipping options. We appreciate your patience and support.
Shipping to Military Bases
We do ship to domestic military bases (within the 50 United States) - we need the address formatted in the proper military format for USPS. Please see the correct formatting below:

When it comes to tracking your order, you have a few options!
1) Whether you ordered as a Guest or have an Account with us - you will be emailed your tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped, inside that email you can find your tracking number! Make sure to check Junk or Spam just in case ;)
Please note that we do have a 48 hour processing time and in times of higher traffic 2-4 day processing time - we always work hard to get your order shipped out as soon as possible - we know you love your CBD!
2) If you have an Account with us - you can also track your order in the dashboard.
